🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 1:00: PM

• Check-out: By 1:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

👥 Occupancy

Only registered guests included in the booking are allowed on the property.

No unregistered overnight guests.

 

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property.

A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed.

Please respect the quiet and privacy of neighbors.

🔊 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please keep noise levels low during these times.

🧼 Cleanliness

Please treat the space with care:

• Dispose of trash properly

• Avoid staining linens or furniture

• Report any spills or damages promptly

 

🔐 Security & Safety

• Lock doors and windows when leaving

• Do not give access codes or keys to others

• Follow all posted safety instructions

 

🛑 Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged if necessary.

🐾 PETS

Pets are not allowed on the property.

📷 Surveillance

For safety and security, exterior security cameras may be present.

There are no cameras inside the guest space.
