REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair while also protecting our calendar and preparation time.

Free Cancellation Window

Guests may cancel up to 7 days before check-in and receive a full refund of the booking amount. 5 days before and receive 50% refund. 

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Same-day cancellations

• No-shows

• Early departures

 

Rescheduling

We may allow one-time date changes (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours before check-in.

Price differences may apply if the new dates are higher in cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Host Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
